Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: Definitely NO. This behavior towards your teammates is not acceptable. Calling them "cancer", among other things, and continually bringing up their poor gameplay is not doing anything to help either you or your teammates enjoy the game, much less win it. Quite aside from that, you also asked others to help you report certain players. There is absolutely no point in doing this, and it is considered a form of harassment by Riot. One report is enough to flag the game for review; asking others to pile on additional reports doesn't help. Stay silent, report them after the game if you wish, and move on. Telling someone you're going to report them is never going to improve the game in any way.

Start a new account if you like, but learn to keep your comments to yourself.
