Its NOT Ok, give me penalty but not Permanent Ban like i Flamed someone on racial or sexual behavior.
I never did something like that.
Give me my account back! Please!
what does it say when you log in?
specifically does it give you a year that you were banned till? Or do you see a reform card?
Go to the support page and submit a ticket or wait for your email.
Man i have so many champs/runes/masteries/skins and everything on that, it may be sliver but its full account.

If it was for Behavior, you should've received a reform card upon logging in/via email.
If it was for use of cheats/scripts/third party modification, it should say something to that effect.
If it just gives an absurdly far away year and nothing else, it probably means they locked it due to suspicious log-in activity or chargebacks on purchases. Contact Riot support to go about getting log-in access back (securing your account or paying back what is owed)
Did you have any prior punishments? The punishment system works in 4 tiers:
10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day suspension permanent suspension
Anything that can get you a chat restriction can get you a perma ban if you go through the tiers, you can also skip tiers through extreme toxicity.
If you would like me to check your logs and see if anything in them could cause you to skip punishment tiers or are just unsure of why you were punished in general you can post your logs. If you think you were punished unjustly you can submit a support ticket to have your punishment manually reviewed, however they will only overturn punishments that were issued in error.
can you post the reform card? actually based on your comment before it might be due to suspicious account activity and they just locked your account temporarily.
Got email from them saying to sit tight and wait for one of their specialist to answer me as soon as possible.
