RIOT BANNED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON

This happened 2 years ago and I've been asking riot since. I went to Korea during winter break and when I came back my account was banned. Riot told me I used 3rd application while playing league. My account was already in Plat 1 and I was satisfied with it and it was end of season. So there was no reason for me to use 3rd application and I have never used any hack in any games and I don't even know how to install it.

I played since right after BETA and I used good money on this account. I asked Riot to check the location of user when my account was using 3rd party application because I think my account was hacked (If my account used 3rd party application).

I even told Riot I can prove you I was in Korea and I couldn't use my account and I'm willing to give personal information to them. This is really unfair banning system. Why do I need to get banned when I didn't even play the game?

I am being honest and trying to solve unfair judgement by Riot.. please if your not going to help me stop voting -1 to my thread. I have never got a single warning or any sort of ban from Riot for 6 years and then this happened. I'm pretty sure Riot can check this.

I've been trying to resolve this for 2 yrs now and if you read my thread and think I am being honest please give me a +1 vote. Thanks.

It's been 2 years? That's some persistence. As far as I know, riot doesn't overturn 3rd party software bans unless in error. If they can still do anything about this, hit up support. Chances are slim since it's been 2 years.

These sorts of bans happen in waves. So they keep track of all the players they have detected cheating over many months and then ban them all at once. This is to prevent those players from reverse engineering the detection system and figuring out ways around it.

You were likely caught using a 3rd party application at least several months before you went to Korea.

Not really an issue of the ban being applied for behavior that occurred (or didn't) during your trip, but more an issue of a ban that was applied after a significant time delay.

Did you ever share your account with another user? Because if you did then it is possible that they used 3rd party software while playing on your account.
