a little Rioter/Summoner help here?

Hi, I'm a fellow summoner playing lol for something like +5 years, many hours spent on this game as you may imagine. I live in Iran so I can't spend any money on LoL since we can't buy RP cards and such in here (Sanctions and stuff) unless you have some relatives in the US or other countries, just said that so you know I'm not gonna brag about spending money on the game, besides that one time my cousin got me some RP. Many games and services such as World of Warcraft, Black Desert Online, Aion, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc (I can go on for days) are banned in our country so we're left with only a handful, including LoL. That's why I started playing LoL right after getting out of Garena and Dota1, and I seriously Loved it, it was the only thing I looked forward to in my daily life to bring me some fun, just playing with some friends was good enough for me. Until I got banned. How? Let me explain. During this +5 years, I had my on and off moments on LoL, but I was mostly active when I could, and my most activity was when I got myself to Gold V the last season playing really hard, and after that I placed silver 1-2 (I can't remember well) on this season's ladder to climb up. right after I bought the reworked WW and played some matches with him, I went offline for 3-4 days and couldn't play. When I came back, I saw that I was in some team named "LoL Elo" or something, with some new dudes in my friend list, all on the same team. So the first thing I realized, was I got hacked by someone, so I immediately changed my password and got out from that team and removed the guys that were on my friend list, I created a board's post explaining this and asking summoners if I should report this to the Riot support (which is surprisingly deleted from the boards), but I didn't since a few days had past and I thought I got over it safely, but, I got banned when I wanted to log into my account a few days later and received an email saying that I used 3rd party Softwares to cheat. and just like that, my whole joy and fun crumbled, I tried talking it over with the rioters from the support team, but they didn't even take the notion of "Getting hacked" into account when talking to me, they all said that I got banned for the right reason. Interesting enough, I was looking up the boards and saw that many people had the same problem (aside from the dudes that ordered boosting from some site, which I can't since that requires PayPal or something which is not available in Iran), and all of them got the same attitude of response that I received, "you got banned for the right reason." Now, I know that Riot takes the matters with cheaters and scripters and stuff seriously, but why not listen to the summoners that might be telling the truth? Why not investigate just thoroughly enough and not shrug it off as lying and take something so important away from people just by thinking "Meh, they'll create another account."? Do you have any idea how hard it is to climb from bronze to silver, and from silver to gold, buy champions, get runes, unlock icons and skins using chests and certain events? I have literally lived with this game for so much time and getting banned for not even doing anything is just plain unfair... I have created a new acc and have been trying to get the same feeling of enjoyment from the game, but I keep getting reminded of my old acc and that just takes it all away. I would be more than happy if some Rioter could help me out and look into my case once again, I ask this not only as a fellow summoner but as someone who truly loves this game. I know many of you just rolled your eyes and said well, he was trying to boost his account and got banned for it, or worse, but as I said before, paying any kind of third party service like those boosting services, buying RP cards, paying monthly subscription fees is impossible in my country. Feel free to post your opinion on this matter as I feel the more people participate in this thread, the more likely it'll be that Rioters reconsider my case and hopefully, people like me. ** Thank you in advance, Sincerely, Pain. P.S: sorry for the bad English, as you may know, it's not my mother tongue** and I tried really hard for the sentences to be understandable. P.S 2: According to lolskill.net, I have more than 4000 matches played since season 2013, and that's not even considering the games I played back in the previous seasons. 4000 matches is something like 120000 minutes (Assuming each match takes up to 30 minutes), which is 2000 hours. That's a lot of time spent on a game.

The very first problem you need to overcome is your computer security. If your computer is not secure, they will just hack you again.
