Riot please respond to me.. i have been banned since 8 months.. i also requested you to unbanned me also, now i'm Reformed. i request in the support system for unbanned my account. I hope you respond to my problem that i'm going thru.

ModThe Djinn5 votesUnfortunately, Riot does not unban accounts at this time unless the ban was mistakenly placed. I know that's not fun to hear, but reforming does not entitle you to regain your permanently banned accounts under the current system.

That hasn't been true for about 5 seasons. If OP sends a ticket to RS they could get reduced from a perma to a long suspension, which has been known to happen on enough occasions. It doesn't matter if its a very low chance of happening, merely that it is a chance of happening.
That's not even mentioning the mass unbans they did.

Yes and some policies say X can't be held liable for accidents that happen on premise however x can still be sued for neglect. Also where does official policy say no one gets unbanned ever. I've read official policy saying they give players every chance to reform.

To my knowledge it isn't written out anywhere, but it's pretty clearly not the intent that a permanent ban be reversed. From Riot Tantram:
We don't want money from toxic players. We want them to stop playing.
Given that he is one of the individuals in charge of this, one would think that, if reforming and gaining an account back were an option that was at all official, he would have mentioned it ever.

While it would be helpful to include the exceptions to the “no unbans unless in error,” I think the exceptions are pretty rare in comparison to when the bans were appropriately placed. I think discussing anything but the player’s own actions can reduce their focus on why they were punished, and thus reduce the chance of the player reforming.

The exceptions are rare, I having been one of those apart of the Banned in Error and Ban Overturned group. Something something squeak wheel gets the grease, you know?
Some players simply lose the wheel, sometimes they get the grease.

It was a very small number of players, it failed horribly, and according to general babble a lot of the higher profile cases just got banned again.
It was ended as a failure because (surprising nobody) trash is going to keep being trash as soon as any positive incentive is removed, and due to a unmanageable huge volume of spammy/brat meltdown tickets.

They're not even complex to understand. All it takes is common courtesy, Self-control, and positivity. If none of those, just simply say nothing. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

It doesn't work like that. If you got permabanned, as the name suggests, the ban is permanent.
You are free to create a new account but the permabanned account stays banned.
