To why I recivied a ban? (Help)

Hello,

But heres the TL:DR: I was banned on the 19th of this month, and I dont undrestand to why I was banned, or why did I skip the chat restriction (the 10th and 25th game).

On my reformed card, once I open my client, it reads:

Game 1 The Pink Twink: zZzzzz The Pink Twink: mb The Pink Twink: saorry The Pink Twink: tou e lagar (Im lagging) The Pink Twink: e o q eu tou (is what it is) The Pink Twink: puta q pariu (mother fucker, referring to my isp, not the players) The Pink Twink: tou com lag (I have lag) The Pink Twink: nao consigo jogar (I cant play) The Pink Twink: lo The Pink Twink: haha The Pink Twink: gj The Pink Twink: red The Pink Twink: card The Pink Twink: tfg (note: Im TF and I red card the enemy instead of a yellow card, while my jungler ganked me, the word TFG doesnt mean anything, I just pressed the letter "G" in the heat of the moment) The Pink Twink: ❤ The Pink Twink: 😞 The Pink Twink: he dc'ed (my premade has a dc) The Pink Twink: calm down The Pink Twink: lol The Pink Twink: eu agr tenho mais lag xD (I have a dc and I reconnect, and in the meanwhile im lagging way harder) The Pink Twink: este jogo (this game) The Pink Twink: ESTA MERDA DE LAG (This fuucking lag.) The Pink Twink: FDS (fuck) The Pink Twink: nope The Pink Twink: ja foi abaixo (i dc'ed for the 4th time) The Pink Twink: 4 The Pink Twink: vezes (times) The Pink Twink: a puta da vodafone (Fucking ISP)

Take a note, this is in Portuguese, I translated to the litteral sense of the words, some things don't make sense, but its the litteral translation, so there is no cutting words. I didn't talk in the pre-game nor did I talk in post game chat (I had a dc, once I reconnected the game was over). Also in that "report card" you can see that I didnt target person X,Y,Z, the only player I was adressing was me (im the TF).

The Support Team sent me this letter:

Hey The,

A 2 week suspension was placed on your account because of recent in-game behavior which created a negative experience for other players - toxicity to be clear. Inting or being AFK are not related to the ban. Note that regardless of your intentions or who you addressed your remarks, it is clear that other players not in your premade were negatively affected by your behavior.

We will not be lifting the suspension due to the negativity observed but I do have some tips you can use to avoid future bans:

Focus and concentrate on your own gameplay and teamwork. You can’t control others, but you can control yourself. Don’t fight fire with fire. Mute players who are creating a negative environment and report them at the end of the match. That way they’re the ones worrying about a ban, not you. Sometimes things can get heated. Don’t be afraid to take a break between games to reflect on what went wrong and what went right. Clear your head before hopping back into the next battle! Keep in mind that if audited again for negative behavior your account will be permanently suspended. The good news is that most players will never reach that level of punishment. In fact, most players who have been warned or suspended are able to change their behavior completely; I am confident that with the right attitude by taking the tips I’ve shared to heart you can avoid any bans in the future.

"A 2 week suspension was placed on your account because of recent in-game behavior which created a negative experience for other players - toxicity to be clear." - What is consired toxic ? Saying cursive ? Well, you might be better off just banning all the players.

Please, I just some clarification to why I was banned. Maybe it wasn't this game, maybe it was others and to be completly honest, I don't rebember those games, I have memory issues, and maybe I was being toxic in other games, but in the game that is issued I was not toxic. I was merely frustrated by the situation. But what I don't undrestand is why did I skip the chat's and went straight to the ban.

What do you guys think? I'm I in denial ? or do I have some reason to what I wrote ?

Is that your entire chatlog? I can't actually see a legit reason to punish if this is so. (I don't speak Portuguese so I'm taking your translations as accurate here).

If this is your entire chatlog, I'm going to say I think this ban was a mistake and I hope Tantram can get this rectified for you shortly.

Unfortunately Tantram is extremely busy right now dealing with a major situation (you know what I'm talking about).

Thank you .. What you said is 100% correct. I normal try to be a chill person in matches, but in some cases, like the previous, I tend to get tilted, but never to a point like "KYS" "Hope you die" "Get cancer". Its mostly when I'm not in control of the situation that I get mad.

from what I can tell the only thing you said to someone specifically was 'calm down lol' which doesn't seem bannable to me. You probably got banned by the system detecting you cursing a bunch of times (which in itself is not bannable anyway.) As a player who experiences lag issues myself pretty much every game (average of 400ms each game, no I'm not exaggerating and yes that is as soul-draining as it sounds) the language is justifiable anyway imo.

Since I don't speak Portuguese I will take your translations as honest words. Likely the system picked up your behavior and believed you to be toxic towards someone else when you were just getting annoyed by your ISP which isn't bannable. Down side to the system is it can't tell if this is directed or not. By the looks of it, it wasn't directed towards anyone.

How did you get a ban? You need to contact Riot Support again. Look at my chatlogs. This is ban worthy, but I hope they fix the Tribunal system in the future. Replace premaban with something else. My jg and adc kept trolling me soo.. I didn't even afk, I kept playin and tried my best. Maybe the best option was to mute them, but I never did. (I'm the new tyler1)
