I was thinking, why don't you make a diferent ranking queue for Toxic players ? I think some people will never change and will be a really good idea to give them their own ranked queue where they can swear and flame eachother as much as they want. From psychologial point of view, swearing releases stress and holding it back just worsen your health in general.

they can swear, just not at people. personally i swear at people vocally to myself rather than in chat. it helps relieve stress as you said but they don't hear it and don't feel hurt or bothered by it.
also if you move all the toxics to their own ranked we're all gonna have killer wait times
Well something like this is in Dota 2 If I rememeber correctly Riot thinks it will make queue times longer. Tbh, I am only down for the idea to create "toxic island", both types of players win, I don't mind waiting in Q for longer.
It needs to be opt-in.
So, ranked for everyone. Just no chat rules in this queue. Would you go so far as to stop all punishments in this queue?
