I got instantly permabanned... No 3 day ban or 14 day ban. How is that fair? Please see this

So 30 minutes ago I got permabanned. My account that I had for 4 years. The account that has hundreds of dollars of skins. I've been playing league for 6 years. Never got banned before. Only chat restricted twice. I will admit, I was toxic that game. However, the enemy team was MUCH MORE toxic than me. Spamming the N-word and other slurs. I did say bad stuff. I feel terrible as I've been clean and maintaining a positive attitude for over 6 years. I do deserve a ban but not a permaban, INSTANTLY. No other bans. Never gotten a ban before. What makes me feel much worse if the other players in that game (enemy team) were extremely toxic. They even had a racist CLAN TAG. Please Riot, reconsider my situation. I'd be very happy with a 14-day ban. But please not an instant permaban. Or review the case again and see what the enemy team said. Its very unfair that I get banned and they are still out there screaming rasict slurs. 6 years of clean play time all gone to waste because of one game. Please understand my condition. Wow instantly banned, that's the first I ever heard of that! Thanks for sharing dude but honestly you should probably make a support ticket, don't think the forums would do any help. It'll only bring personal opinions from other players.

Their toxicity doesn't excuse you for toxicity.

If you were repeating their clan tags, you might be able to make a case with player support, but we can't help you here on the forums.

I completely understand and regret what I did. No excuse for it. And yep I sent a ticket but idk how long it will take for me to get a reply.

First of all you are fucking retarded for saying that, when someone slaps you, you dont turn the other cheek or ignore him, you tear his head off. Secondly there is a button called ''mute'' which can stop your oversensitive eyes from watching wtv bothers you but it seems that your ego gets in the way.

That's OK, you can do that and get punished for it after.

If people need to use the mute button, it means the damage is done already. The mute button is to stop further harassment and in your analogy, it's like walking away from them after they slap you so they can no longer slap you.

I couldnt report them, I like got instantly banned. And I understand that and I deeply regret it. Was a very rough day today but that shouldnt be the reason why I be toxic.

From what it sounds like, the ban happened before you were able to click the report buttons of the enemy players. IIf you were instantly banned RIGHT when you got out of the game, then it wasn't the current game that was the problem. Reports do not register that fast.

Keep that in mind when you send in the support ticket; you might've been banned for actions in another game.

I was banned like 5 mins after the game. After the game was done, I went to get a drink and some food, I come back and see the permaban. The chat logs showed the chat from that game too. So Im 100% sure its from that game

I haven't experienced that before so I didn't know they sent you the chat logs of the game of which you were reported in.

you dont have to go through the tiers of punishment to warrant a perma ban and apparently what you did was so bad they decided that you get the benefit of doubt...

You should be able to see them when you log into the client as well. If not then contact Support for them.

There's a 4 tier punishment system, and you can skip tiers for excessive toxicity. You mentioned you were chat restricted twice, which is probably the 10 game and 25 game chat restrictions. If you were a "normal" level of toxic, then you'd be at a 14 day ban right now. If you were excessively toxic (which I think you suspect you were from being embarrassed to post them), well then yes, that'd be the permaban.

Been restricted for 5 or 10 games for both. I dont remember them being long, they got removed on the same day

Going from a 10 game chat restriction to a permaban would require the use of racist/homophobic remarks, something Riot's got a 0 tolerance policy for.

If you were only quoting them then maybe you'd have a chance of getting it overturned, but it's pretty slim. You'd have to submit a Support Ticket for that.

The whole game was people screaming racial slurs at each other. I'm 80% sure that I didnt say any of those but I need to get the email of the chat log.

Please do not shame other players here. If you take issue with a post please simply report it. If you feel moderation did not handle it appropriately please visit us on the Moderation Discord and let us know, as sometimes things get overlooked.

The permaban may have been due to other things on top of that last game you were in.

I would wait for the email to come in and also the response from the support ticket.

You dont get ban instantly from being toxic and perma. Send a support ticket, even Tyler1 account did not get insta ban until he reaches like 10+ accounts and he waas flaming + inting all day long.

Either riot make a mistake which is very rare, or you got caught using 3rd party program or boosting (if u ever get a warning then they found out 2 nd time its ban). Welp gl pal could be any other reasons that Im not aware of :DRiven

Thats why Im upset, I shouldve been 14 day banned but I do not say this kind of stuff at all since all the 6 years I played. Straight to permabanned is a bit extreme.

If the punishment was severe enough, you skip tiers, and in your case, it apparently was.

Now without you providing logs, we cant give our input.

i also got banned on the basis of one match . i strongly believe they dont care about the all time toxic players they just ban the ones who got reported by a whole team or so . i know cuz i didnt go toxic before that . no matter what they say its all lies . edit : the people here saying that its all good are either very high skilled players who dont come across these things . or they play very less matches so they choose to ignore it .

Let's be clear. You didn't get instantly zero to permabanned. You skipped one tier of punishment. There is no 3 day ban, just 14 day. So if your chat logs were so bad, as you admit, yes, you skipped a tier and got permabanned.

System working as intended.

Do you have your chat logs? INSTANT permanent bans are...well, extremely rare. It would help us to suggest your best course of action if you could present the logs to us.
