Well silly question; did you report them? Riot is able to read after game chat logs too. I wouldn't count on them still playing after saying -that- kind of stuff. Just remember that you don't always get feedback when a player gets punished (Idk why). If you weren't able to report them, you can always submit a ticket to Riot Support.

I've had the same thing happen to me in after game chat before. It was 2 people, and pretty extreme (just like this) so I both reported them in game / sent a ticket. Riot won't tell you if they're gonna be punished or not, so I just kept an eye on their profiles. It must have been the next day / day after that, but both of them got permabanned. shakes head

Anyways I wouldn't worry about it. The system gets a lot of flak from people, but it's good at what it does (or just send a ticket), and they'll get what's coming to them. I'm sorry you had to deal with that kind of player :(
