Be sure to check your spam/junk email folders, as the emails are sometimes sent there by mistake. It can also take them a day to arrive, but you should get one sometime today or tomorrow.
As to your Support Ticket, you will most likely get a response on that within 24 hours. Support has become very efficient at replying to tickets, and almost all first submissions are handled very quickly. They will be able to tell you what was contained in the email you should have received.
If your ban was for anything behavior related, you should have seen a Reform Card when you tried to log in; if you did not see one, then you were not issued a ban via the Instant Feedback System for toxicity. I know that doesn't tell you what exactly it was for, but it at least takes one thing off the list that you know it isn't.
