Banned after starting from Beta...

So i've been playing for as long as I can remember, and i've been temp banned a couple of times as in like maybe at most once every two years but then I got a notification that I got permanently banned, I thought there was a cooldown counter on how long I had till the punishment timer reset, also I was being toxic but in retaliation because if you read the logs throughout the game you could see that I was triggered throughout the game to have a response, and I was banned after two games of toxicity... Like no pre-warning or anything I logged in this morning to play a game and I come to realize that i've been banned not for a week or two weeks, permanently... This sucks because i've dropped countless heaps of time and not to mention money and i'm just dropped at the door to take off, for two games of toxicity. Like I understand you're trying to keep the community clean, but it makes no sense how the entire game log isn't taken into consideration and just my specific chat is... I was wondering if anything could come of this, or even some clarity.

You should have known that the system doesn't give you other people's chat log from your 10 &25 game chat restrictions and 14-day ban.

It also said clearly in your reform card & email that the next punishment is a permaban.

What others say have nothing to do with what you say. You can choose to ignore them, you can choose to say things like "I'm not appreciating what you say, please stop", or you can say "you f&cktard & feeding sh&t, stop telling me what to do and kys". Yet you chose to be toxic back to them. So the punishment is yours and your fault alone.
