Aggressive People

I have been playing League from Season 3 and in the whole experience it is the first time i got to play with a player that just insulted and annoyed without any reason. Name is "13rokenRivenBot". He first started to put "??" when he killed someone or so which is really annoying. Then, he actually started to say Ez and stuff like that. I mean i think it sometimes can be easy when you get matched up with lower rank players, but you also can and should be respectful with them as no one enjoys someone making fun of how bad they are. I just muted him, but probably my graves kept on fighting verbally. All i know is that he started saying we were "fucking trash" and so. The worst part is that i think no one took the time to report him except me. I would really like if someone could check his chat and maybe punish him if he is found guilty or so. I think this type of players make playing League a bad experience which isn't the goal of the game itself. After all, I mean if you are educated, be decent, be respectful, and don't annoy or harrass people just because you think there aren't consequences.
