Leaver compensation

When players leave you should add an ad ap buff or some kind of leaver buffer for the team with a down team mate. I'm finding it really hard when teammates leave after the leaver surrender is available and it would make the game playable. Dota 2 has a form of this as if the team player leaves an AI takes over that champion. I would really like to just see some kind of buff or advantage that the team gets for having a leaver Please put your thoughts below and blow up this feed to get some changes thank you.

I dont think ap/ad buff, id add higher max level and xp for the team with the leaver

dota 1 had something like that but gave the gold to the other players and gave more gold per second and it was broken. so much easier to win 4v5 then it was 5v5

Also make it so you get a free ARAM reroll when someone leaves in champ select.

I havent played Dota 2 in a couple months but it had it where if a teammate leaves you can leave after a set amount of time and get no penalty. Did they change it recently?

HOTS has the leaver ai take over when someone disconnects from the game. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's fucking horrible. Some games I like that it happens because the AI is better than the person who quit, and other times, I'm annoyed that the AI is worse than the person who just quit.
