Riot please fix your banning system

Banned for getting for getting lane stolen? Please explain to me how this is even fair in any sense. This Yasuo player had a cry about not getting 2 of his positions so comes into my lane and starts taking all the cs, essentially stealing in. I at least stay in lane to get xp and buy items and start roaming around the map. But apparently i get banned after the game and get put on leaverbuster. Please fix this so i dont have to play with toxic players. Im almost at the point where im going to stop playing this game due to all the problems regarding players being unsportsmanlike and toxic when things dont go their way. Please fix this.

You were probably banned for your name. Everyone knows Lord* Durant is king now.

Seriously though, it sounds like something else went on in your game, especially if you had leaver buster put on. So, I'm thinking you went afk. You're only punished for your chat and actions, no one else's.

Did you get a reform card when logging in or something sent to your email?

No, Riot could easily fix the problem, they just don't want to pour the money and resources into player behavior systems. It's a well known fact that Riot purposely bans bots and scripters in waves so that they can put less effort into identifying hacking software which results in known bots and scripters continued to be allowed to play for weeks or even a month after being identified.

Ah, so I guess it's just a coincidence that certain other companies with competitive mmos have significantly less player behavior problems.

I have played quite a few other games and havent found one less toxic.

Then again, that is just my experience. It is very rare that I encounter a toxic player in this game.

Reintroduction of the tribunal that's actually given resources to succeed instead of being neglected, video recording options for reports, valid incentives for judging cases in the tribunal, and acquiring a decent amount of staff to do final reviews on cases.

What is "a decent amount of staff" in your opinion? And should they review every case? Or just a few? I mean, if we take old some numbers (2015 or so);

--> 30 million games played a day. If in only 10 out of 100 games a report is happening, it means 3 million cases PER DAY! If you take like 5 minutes per case (most likely more, because of video evidence and stuff) it would take 15 million minutes to review every case of ONE day. That's 250000 hours of review material ... A employee works for 8 hours a day. That would mean, you need 31250 employees a day to don't get a back load ....

Or if a employee would get like 8 € per hour (i guess that is the absolute minimum), that would be 2million € per day, just to judge the cases ... (and most likely the numbers are far far FAR more larger ....)

The leavebuster system automatically detects afk behavior. It is separate from the IFS (instant feedback system), which is the thing that hands out chat restrictions and bans.

The leavebuster also doesn't take effect after just a single instance of going AFK, it comes into effect only after a pattern has been shown.

But, take heart, the low priority que isn't part of the punishment ladder, and does not increase other punishments.
