Difference between permanent suspension and permanent ban?

Ok...so whats the difference between a permanent ban and a permanent suspension? Reason im asking is cause I just had my first game of the day, got flamed and trolled by a team mate, as well as some of my team mates accusing me of trolling just cause I was playing AP Shaco. I got to play one game, then my account was permanetely suspended. I'v only had chat restriction once, and one 14 day suspension is the best due to my behaviour on a bad day. So how have I got a perma suspension already?

Just for reference, here's the chat log that riot sends me when I try to log in. Yes I know it may come across as a bit of attitude, but the situation was this: I was playing AP Shaco mid, and our jungler Warwick was starting the other side of our red jungle. So I did the chicken/raptor camp quickly to get a level advantage over my opponent. And because I did, Warwick immediately started flaming me for it, and quite openly said he would not gank mid at all, and then kept calling me a troll for playing Shaco, which our top lane Heimer started to call me as well just cause I roamed from mid to top to gank the enemy top laner and got the kill. And to top it off, Warwick then purposely left the game cause the rest of us wouldn't surrender.

Again, I know my choice of words below aren't the most positive they could be, but as you can see in it, I didn't give any verbal abuse like swearing, toxic name calling, etc..

So again, whats the difference between a permanent suspension and a ban? As I haven't gotten a email from riot yet with details about it. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and please don't post any nasty or snarky comments about "ignoring people" or something. All I want is a proper discussion about suspensions
