Would it be possible for my ban to lifted?

Although I have played this game for only a day, I've already grown to love it. However, it seems like I got banned because the Play button isn't glowing blue and I can't click on it. I have only disconnected once from the game because I had to go somewhere in a hurry and if I didn't I'd be late. I never willingly disconnected from a game after that. Today, however, while I was playing, my computer started to restart on its own and made some updates to it, forcing me to leave the match. Then while I was picking a champion, I couldn't lock in. It prevented me from entering the game at the same time as the other players. I had to join at a later time (about 10 minutes into the game). I don't know if this is because of my computer or the actual game lagging. And then I got banned. I don't think this is fair. It's mainly not my fault that I was banned.

(By the way, if my game keeps lagging, should I get a new computer or connect to a better Wi-Fi network?)

Switch back to old client if that is still an option, that play button is a glitch I had as well. I am not banned, so you just have a glitch.

If you have your computer set to restart on its own then I think yes you deserve some kind of punishment for being dumb.

get a better computer and hard wire into the internet(ethernet)

Your issue may be due to the LPQ(low priority queue) you should see a timer tht says something something 5 mins and counting the buttont will unlock when the timer hits 0

If you beg and plead to Rito and say the right things they might left your ban. But generally, from I have seen the answer is "no".

I have mixed feelings on this. If you got a ban you probable deserve it. But few are the summoner who are irredeemable.
