Solo Q

This season, I've noticed a huge amount of trolls, ragers etc, what's wrong with Riot's MMR system, it's not adding up at all. For my diamond promos I got 2 games straight with ADC mid, lost diamond promos and then demoted all the way back to plat 5, trying to climb again. Some suggestions Riot should consider: If a player is toxic forbid them from playing 15 rank games. If a player has more than 250+ Ping forbid them from queing for rank. If a player is just trying to troll people, suspend their account for 3 days. I seriously cannot stress how many rank games could have won if people actually tried and not be childish.
