After a game one of my teammates who was extremely toxic ingame added me , i accepted his friend request cause maybe he wanted to apologize i presumed. he started saying disgusting things about my family , threw a racial slur and legitimately wished me to take a knife and end myself , and also uninstall the game but thats not much big of a deal. I’m asking if i have the proof of what he said in personal chat is he going to be punished ? if yes where should i send it because exposing someones name here isn’t acceptable i think.

You can submit a support ticket, but you’ll never know if it results in a punishment, and riot has said before that PMs aren’t moderated like in game chat because they’re a voluntary, opt-in experience. Never add toxic randos, you’ll only ever be disappointed.

Good call on not posting the evidence here, as naming and shaming is against the rules.

If sombody was toxic in game DONT acept a friend request from that player. And no they dont punisht for that normaly speaking sins its something outside of there game so to speak everything they say in champ select in game and end game lobby are reportable if they said things against the rules. Oh y befor i forget you dont add those players cause they if they were toxic in game they for sure have nothing friendly to say if they wanna add you.

Send a report of this directly to Support (https://support.riotgames.com under the submit a request menu)... verbal toxicity whether in game or in chat is one of the few items that RIOT actually punishes for, and in my experience, the post game reporting is useless - the only time I get any results is when I send directly to Support through their reporting tool.
