Chat restricted

So I recently just played a game where my whole team was just utterly toxic. During laning phase I was playing as Braum and my lane partner was a Lucian. So we were laning as per the usual. When Gragas was spotted on a ward and I, being the support, pinged Lucian to be careful. Mind you he was literally at 100 hp. He chose to ignore the ping and stay to fight. So, hey here I am thinking he didn't see it or something decided to ping him a number of times to back off. This is where it blasts off. He literally went off and went full rage mode, threatened to afk if I were to ping him again. We go back and walk back to lane. And it was clear that at this point there was a lot of animosity between us. So I decided hey if this guy is ok laning by himself and if I were to basically stay in lane with him he'd just tilt and get even more mad and eventually afk. So I said I'm gonna go roam.

A minute later this same Lucian was just sitting there talking smack the whole time. And my team was telling me to go back to lane, and after all the smack talk and toxicity he was spewing I did not want to lane with this guy. Granted I was still heading my way back to lane until he said. "Hey braum, I'm sorry come back to lane" then added a "You shitter" part to the end. And then the rest of the team just started flaming me non- stop. And in the end since they were que'd together through dynamic que, I got reported the lot of them for being "toxic" and I'm the one who gets chat restricted? That's a bit much. To punish me, even though the ones who were toxic and continuously trash talking was the rest of them. Flamed all game and to top it off getting chat restricted. Needless to say Lucian went 1/7/7. Then I get him in my next game lobby and he's sitting there just going for it. Then decides he was gonna troll. Queued up as ADC, locks in Azir teleport, cleanse.
