I think that this punishment is to strict. I lagged out of a game for like 7 min, i reconnected back and played until the end. At the end of the game they gave a 20 min low piority que ban. I was like wtf i didnt played it like a month cause of that. Some times you need to get off and you cant do anything about it. I think that many players just stopped wit lol because of this. So pls just adjust the low piority que. Do you guys have any ideas
Tell that to all the people saying there needs to be harsher punishments still for people who dc or afk. No matter what the solution someone is going to be unhappy.
You seem sorta upset about the time that the LPQ takes. 20 minutes x 5 games is just 120 100 minutes.
While you were gone from the game, you directly wasted 7 minutes x 9 players = 63 minutes. Even though you came back, the competitive integrity of that game was compromised...and holy shit you didn't get any xp till minute 9. That game was completely worthless.
That was a 19 minute game, plus pick/ban, plus loading in, waiting for postgame screen, plus time in the queue for 9 players that you wasted. Even if you just considered the 19 minute game, that's 171 minutes that you wasted. You wasted more than that, and you're upset about 120 100 minutes?
If you're upset about 120 100 minutes of your time, you should be furious at the person who wasted more than 171 minutes. That's you. You should be furious with yourself for wasting other peoples' time.

It's not strict enough. Frequent visitors need to have their accounts banned because they can't be responsible.
