I'm legit puzzled as to why I've been banned,

MMR Boosting Suspension

Summoner,

Following an extensive audit by the Player Support team at Riot we have decided to ban the account: raronafin for participating in MMR Boosting.

We define MMR Boosting as the act of someone other than the account owner logging into an account and playing a ranked match of League of Legends. We take this matter seriously as MMRBoosting violates our Terms of Use and creates an unfair environment for other players within League of Legends.

In the future we strongly encourage you to avoid any activities which violate the Terms of Use and Summoner’s Code. Failure to do so will result in the permanent closure of the account.

I would like more info? I've never bought a boost in my entire league career and this is legit out of the blue.

I am a high elo top/mid/jungle player and a pretty decent youtuber making a video on how my account got banned for being Elo boosted, if anyone wants to share there case with me I can include it in my vod, Riot has been 100% confident that I got boosted to D5, as a high elo player who often duo queues with professional league players I find it hard to believe that there system is perfect and they that look at each individual account, please let me know if you want to be included in my next vod

Well i will join the Banned for no Reasson Club.As you can see im not any good im Hardstuck in G5-G4 yet the Account got BAnned there is no Logic.

I got the same ban and literally have only played ARAMS and 3v3 unranked for the past 6 months with 2 of my close friends, they said I was boosting someones MMR, I'm not good enough to boost anyone yet I'm banned for two weeks? Riot please stop banning innocent players, the new system logic is obviously not ready for production.

Hey there,

I have personally investigated this and I have confirmed the evidence that this account was involved in MMR Boosting. I reviewed your account and double checked everything. This decision will not be overturned. I understand you've spent a lot of money but no amount of money or time spent will ever make it okay to negatively impact the game. Whether you spent $0 or $1000, all players are held to the same standard.

I know you have some unanswered questions about your suspension which I know is frustrating. However, I won't be able to give any specifics as this will compromise our investigation process. Often times players will write in to figure out how they got caught so they can prevent getting caught again in the future. I am not saying that this is your intent because I do not believe that it is, but this is why we do not go into specifics about our investigations.

Same thing happened to me and if anyone sees anything suspicious feel free to lmk lmfao ive literally only duod with one other person in ranked who is also a student at the school i go to(around th same elo)

Same thing happened to me and the only thing they will they tell you is that they researched the account and found that it is. They will not listen to anything you say and just continually say that you are guilty. So much for being fair to people. Just went from silver to gold this season then stopped playing and went to just normals all my friends did the same thing and nothing happened to them only me. But don't even pay to waste time to try and explain anything to any support people as they won't listen.

If you want more info, file a Support Ticket.

Though likely they won't delve into how they came into that conclusion or their findings since it's all private stuff. I still encourage you to try though.

I got the same ban today. Don't try. They said they can't detail evidence because players can use it to try and not be caught. I was pretty sad.

I did. The only inconsistency in my play as 100% support zyra, is that as I climbed through the ranks, my need for damage was reduced, and I started buying sightstone 100% of the time. God I hate that item.
