Banned? I didn't say anything toxic?!?!

So I just got permanently banned for this game. We had 2 players on our team that were being extremely toxic! I found it kind of funny, but I muted them and I guess the toxic thing I said was to report? I didn't troll in this game, I didn't have the best game. I had a lot of fun in this match and I'm confused as to why I received a permanent ban. Can I have some help here?

Please, stop editing chat logs. It does no good to post that you are confused about your ban, looking for insight, when you clearly knew the chat contained inappropriate things so you removed them.

In addition to your 2 chat restrictions, you got a 14-day ban less than a month ago. During that time you were told that the next penalty would be a perma-ban. Well, here we are.

Aside from calling for reports there's nothing here that would warrant a punishment in my eyes, which means you're either lying and are withholding information from us here or this is indeed a false ban.

One of these 3 things happened.

You edited your chat logs in hopes of getting an unban. If this is the case, not sure why you did it.
You were given the wrong chat logs and you can submit a ticket to Riot Support.
The automated system somehow accidentally banned you. This is VERYYY unlikely, but you can submit a ticket.

Other than you asking for a report, I don't really see anything wrong here. Submit a ticket to Riot support. Have them explain what you did.

You had a 14 day ban before? After that one every single punishable thing will give you the permanent ban and calling for reports falls under harassment which could trigger the ban. I would still try to open a support ticket and see if anything can be done about it.

Let me save you some trouble, they are autobanning people, they don't care about you or your ticket, they will keep making ways to ban people until this game becomes empty. In case you're wondering if they can ban you over nothing they can and have.

time to open a support ticket other than that the only real damning thing is the one call for report, but even that shouldnt matter unless you just came off the 14 day ban and this was your 1st game in which case I dunno hit riot support up this seems a bit drastic tome

The /most/ and this is at a real push is very very mild harassment but unless you were at a 14 day ban already then this shouldn't have gotten you to a perma ban which is rare to say.

If you were at a 14 day ban then you should have heard riots warning and not said anything even slightly toxic because you were on thin ice.

If you weren't then this seems like a mistake and you should send a support ticket for them to look at it.

If the first is true you could still send a support ticket and see what happens bit it's most likely result will be your account will remained banned.
