I dont get what was chat restriction worthy here. Your report system has perma banned 15 of my accounts for no reason, this just isnt fair. I have played 20 games since my 10 game chat restriction, and I was being a team player. And now youre giving me this chat ban for hardly anything toxic. Fix your report system for real.
