Really though I suspect the OP is trolling but @OP if you really have such little control and discipline that you have REPEATED permabans then you need to just not even bother playing this game and go somewhere else until you can act like a halfway decent human being in game.

Also, he can use a mouse to click the "log in" button.

However, if Riot simply prevents your chat, you are not reforming by definition. Reform means you change your attitude so that you are no longer "just an asshole". Yes, this may prevent you from flaming people in chat, but it does not change your attitude, which is the true goal and measure of reform.
