i have a question about suspension and hextech crafting, so i was recently suspended and i deserved it, i said some thing im not proud of in chat so i cant earn key fragments or chests and i was wondering exactly how i can start to make up for my transgressions, i have looked other places that were not very specific, so i would like to ask a riot staff member personally. thank you for your time and consideration.

You'll receive loot again when you've reformed. Other players have claimed it takes 30-40 games of not being validly reported to do it.
Just keep playing games, and i would say for the most part just mute chat, you dont really need to use chat anyway since we have Ping, so communicate with that! But you need to play games without getting reported. Im pretty sure though that the 30-40 games is for chat restricted players. Since it sound like you were ban it could be a lot longer.
so its been two months and i am still unable to get hextech loot :c
