Help I've been permanently banned

Full chat logs? It's really hard to help from only those lines.

But I have never been banned before, theres no warning system in place? To have put this much time and money into this game and have it all gone because of one game mistake is unfair.

Post the entire chat log.

If there is no hate speech, racism, or death threats in your logs then create a support ticket requesting a second look at your case. The things I listed will jump you multiple punishment tiers depending on severity.

If you would like help identifying what in your logs caused your punishment to avoid this in the future post your full logs here and I or someone else can help you with that.

I'm soooo glad that you were toxic. See, we can't report silly trolls for going 1-11 because they're playing a champion in a ranked game that they've never played before. So the only way to get these kind of silly trolls out of the game is when they're toxic. I'm just glad that you were toxic enough to go straight to a perma.

Behaviour bans are not reveresed unless it was a system error.

All you can do is make a new account and start over.

okay thanks guys hopefully i can get this resolved, but from what you guys said it doesnt look bright. where do i go to creat a support ticket?

that is weird, contact support at support.riotgames.com for some additional information and hope that you get a human on the line(they are not always good with this according to the boards). If there is no good reason for it or it was an error it might be undone.
