I feel for you man.

I understand that you were just fresh off a 14 day ban but a permanent ban is way too harsh. I don't think there's much you can do unless a Rioter like Tantrum or something sees this and is in a good mood to revert it..

If it were me I wouldn't have you perma'd for what you said, unfortunately these are the clear issues with an automated and escalating punishing system.

I just wanted to drop in and clarify that severity is subjective, and as such, I think it's not a huge component of their consideration for bans. That's my feeling based on what I've seen.

Hate speech is insta-punish, but everything else appears to be roughly at the same level.

You were negative to your team in this game. That's punishable! Period! I understand why that's frustrating for people, because it feels like people are out there who say worse things.

That's not the way it works though; in game, you're either a positive with your words, you are neutral and silent, or you are a negative with your words. This is a negative chat log. It seems pretty straightforward to me, when you approach it from that perspective.

I got 25 chat restrict for this......i think it is absolutely insane...and believe that these new strict rules are ruining this game...personally i will never spend a dime on this game anymore with these absurd and unfair penalties http://imgur.com/a/aOyyS

Man same thing happened to me today, they instantly perma banned me after i got off the 14 day ban 2 weeks ago. you have to remember its a computer program reading your chat. it is seeing things you wrote like 'reported' 'ff' and 'bronze af' as toxic phrases. a computer program cant understand context. never quote someone's toxicity in chat and watch out for typing certain keywords that the program might be looking for.

you should try to appeal it. you were sort of negative but i bet the biggest things that got you were those phrases where you were just repeating what syndra said
