Chat restriction and reciving loots

Hi guys i completed my 10 games chat restriction but im not earning my rewards and loots, do you know when i can get the rewards back? Because i think that Riot should have put some date for the rewards to and not just for the chat restriction, it is annoying not to know when i can earn some rewards again.
