Banned wrongly?
My ign is Mønstèr, and I recently got 2 week banned, which was depressing because I am a reformed toxic player. Normally when I was banned for toxicity you would be able to log in and see the chatlogs, so when i wasn't able to log in I was very confused because I am not toxic anymore, so I wanted to see what could have possibly happened that would result in me getting banned. I checked my email to see if anything came up, but it only sad that my account had been disciplined and given a 2 week ban? I looked up the possible reasons you could 2 week banned and narrowed it down to intentionally feeding because everything else had been ruled out, but heres the thing: I don't feed intentionally at all. I recently tilted and had bad games because of my dorm wifi and fell from plat 2 to plat 5 in 3 days , but I was never once Intnetionally feeding. In fact my last game before I got banned,which made me all the more in disbelief that it would be for intentionally feeding, was me carrying with kennen at 15/4/15 or something along those lines. here is my account history so that individuals can see for themselves if I was feeding. https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=M%C3%B8nst%C3%A8r If I were banned for inetnionally feeding for my winrate I would be very disheartened because of a bad week, especially since last week I had gotten from plat 5 to plat 3 with 90% winrate but I wasn't banned for boosting? Rarely am I the top in deaths and most of the time that I am there is someone who is relatively close to me in deaths, so it is clear that I am not feeding, my cs for every game is not lack luster either so it isn't as if I were doing typical intentionally feeding behavior. As someone, who is trying to reform this is very troublesome because all my efforts of not responding muting comments to avoid being toxic seems to have been in vain because I got 2 weeked anyways, I've already submitted a ticket and have yet to got a response. I am positing this in hopes of finding out why I got banned and if it can be undone. Thanks in Advance.
