Okay, so i log in after being gone for two days, and boom account suspended until September 02. I'm a little worried because it would not even let me log in, i have only ever had one chat ban for 10 games on this account. Also i received zero email about this even though it said to check my email. Nothing. I created a ticket but those take a few days from what I heard. Anyone have any idea?
Also, i'm just very curious of why they didnt let me log in first, I know they do that with anything behavior related.
If the ban was only recently issued then the email could take a couple hours/days to get to you. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon, but just because you werent playing doesnt excuse you from getting punishment. You already said you got punished before and i wouldnt be surprised if the last game you played was that bad that it didnt actually issue the ban till after you logged off! In any case you can contact support and they could help you!
This might sound stupid but were you using any 3rd party addons or programs. There was a recent mass ban wave a few days ago?
Sometimes if you have a skin mod for custom skins, you may get hit by it.

A 2 week ban without a reform card usually means that the ban was the result of a manual review by riot. That also usually means that it isn't chat related. I didn't see anything that stood out in your recent match history. You should submit a support ticket to get more information, especially if you have never trolled/intentionally fed.
