Please review my friend INS3CTPR1NC3 account, he has been wrongfully permaban

dear riot games , i would like you to query the ban of my friends account INS3CTPR1NC3 , The reason you gave him for banning the account was because of hacking or use of third party tech to cheat. Riot i just wanna ask if he was cheating why was he is he still in bronze. i will admit that he does overdo on the bad talk in chat time to time but you can chat ban (he is a human version of kled ) . riot my friend has became real depress because of the permaban on his account and i know for a fact that he doesnt hack the game because my friend aint that smart , :) sometimes i thing he is a lil loose in the head. I was just wondering if you could just check out his INS3CTPR1NC3 account again , because i believe its the people he played against who wrongfully report him ( reported for hacks when he survived on 90 hp) . i just asking cause it hurts to see a good man get wrongfully ban for something he aint do. although this happened march 22 2016 , its been bugging me and our group . Dear riot please please pretty please with a lulu on top to review this account and un ban it , BAN HIM FROM THE CHAT FOR 10 games or so not ban his whole account even give him 7 20mins queue ( i will wait with him) dear riot if you do un ban his account send him a message saying " shanice is the best bae in the world" :) deep down i know that this request going get shot down but i hope youll just amuse a dumb girl riot please he didnt hack anything i know for a hack he has no computing skills at all we live in a small island called barbados :) pity a island girl request love you from - Shanice ps. if you can release a new reksai skin , i will never play smite again
