So i just got permanently banned from league of legends, I know iv'e been toxic in many games but a funny thing is most of the times there is other people being toxic to me in the first place, And i reply to them in the same way they talk to me, I don't see them getting a perm ban for that? this system is really bad if you ask me , That some people get banned and some don't. And yes i admit that iv'e been acting like a shit being toxic but still.

Don't. That's retaliation and negates your victim card. It also gets you in trouble. Mute and report.

My first punishment was a 56 game chat restriction lol. Fifty six games. I guess they tweaked punishments just a tad bit it seems lmao.

lol for real though. It was soon after it had came out and the length, I'm guessing, was determined by the system. This was a good few years ago season 4 or 5. Why would I bullshit a chat ban wtf? Here's an excerpt.
"Since we launched chat restrictions last year, we’ve observed a few problems. Some negative players accumulate ridiculously high numbers of chat restrictions, yet use their limited chat to spread negativity without any sign of reform. Others reform their behavior, but still need to work off hundreds of chat restricted games before learning if they’d reformed or continued earning punishments. Still others would receive chat restrictions, but not know what specific behaviors their fellow players found objectionable and subsequently have difficulty reforming.
Here’s how we’re fixing these issues:

All this does is mean there are now TWO toxic players in the game instead of one. You don't get a free pass just because they started it.

You are not always given a message every time a ban or punishment goes out. Also, note that you have no way of knowing where they are in their own punishment escalation. What triggers a 10-game chat restriction for one player could result in another player being permanently banned due to prior warnings.
