Beginner problems

I started playing league 5 days ago after a friend recommended it, as anyone would would expect from a beginner, i didnt know to do anything and thought that i would get better overtime. However after playing alot of games with bots i felt pretty confident to try PVP, as soon as i started the PVP game i chose Varus as i have been doing well with him in AI and thought he was easy (he wasnt after a couple of games) and my full team began being toxic. When the game started i asked them how long were they playing lol and was surprised to know that they were all gold 5-1 and started over in a new acc. This explained why they were so good but if the enemy team was also the same case then how would anyone expect a new player to learn and improve the game? Bots are too easy and PVP is too hard. Whats even worse, when i asked for tips they all said uninstall. I tried Garen, Varus, Master yi, Annie, Graves etc and they all died in 1 hit even though i bought the recommended items.

You're gonna have to just mute them and learn the game at your own pace. If you're by yourself, there is a better chance you'll have new players in your games.

Aram is easier and more casual, you could try to learn a little more there before going back to 5v5 if you wanted to. Like getting used to your champ vs other players and teamfighting

You should also start watching youtube videos with pros playing your desired role. I don't know your background (which kind of game you played previously), but in League you need to decied what is the best thing to do for your team. It's obvious that new players don't know whats best for their role, because they don't know the options. Even when you are doing the best option you still get flamed when your team things diffrently. Anyways the best and most important thing I can say you should learn is to have good CS (CreepScore) just go solo in a practice game and get the gold of EVERY minion in your lane. If you have the highest CS in your team (when playing PvP) it's usually considered that you are doing well. It can be hard to CS in PvP but thats the game, as ADC all you need to do is not die and have high CS. Try to get a feeling about most Champions what their skills do, and what they are supposed to do. (For example Soraka (support) stay at the ADC's side and keep him (and your team) alive while staying in a save position). Other important things are: Warding, Objectives, and making picks. If you want to look them up.

as Cocho said, just say at the beginning that you are completly new and appreciate tips. If they talk nothing good just hit the mute button (in the TAB menu). It may be not a good option but atleast you can keep practicing for yourself.

new players always want to win the game.
they want to be the carry. As a support main i can tell you i have carried a good number of games. those games i have been bashed hard by my ADC for taking kills/CS and a list of other things. here is the thing: To carry a game requires opportunity. if you dont know how to create or wait for the appropriate moment you will lose ... a lot. and people do flame. Mute them. this game has been out since 2009.

to get better requires reading / testing / listening / watching / playing / comprehending if you just want to play and not get frustrated by your team just use the /muteall command and the start. if you feel you need to inform them just say 'muteall' then do a /muteall they will assume your first attempt was without the slash. and just play the game.
its more relaxing that way.

Don't add this account its my smurf, but hmu on Negativity ll, or I can send you my IG where I do part time coaching, mostly practicing my wording skills for my new YouTube series. Feel free, no cost to anyone, and esp interested in helping low Elo and new players - I am a diamond, peak masters (support, Sona mid, and Jungle) but my speciality is the macro game in league. "Negativity ll" is my Low Diamond smurf I'm using to one trick, and it has a lot of space for new friends :))))) Did my first real session this week on my irl friend who level 20ish. If not good luck! Just want to offer (why didn't I post on my main? This account was auto logged in on my phone, and I didn't know until I wrote about half of this :) )
