when do i get my honor back after chat restriction

i was chat restricted and lost my honor. i played my games and acted like a good player, and its been lifted. i still dont have my honor though and ive been getting a ton of honor. when well i get my honor back?

Is the lock still on your honor level (should be able to check on your profile)? Once you play enough games without punishment it will unlock and you can start making progress towards regaining rank 2 honor.
