OK, wrongfully banned in my opinion

Alright ladies and gentleman reading this. I'm sure you have been through many, many, posts saying that they have been wrongfully banned and a lot of the time they really are talking non-sense. But I am being quite serious in saying this is a different case. I have attached two print screens of the reason for my ban, and I can see why the system picked it up, the use of the word "f.a.g". It was all just banter, none of it was serious, the person who it was directed to clearly knew it was a joke as well. As for the rest of the text, I can't see anything wrong there. I also know the player it was directed at, in-case you would need his name for some reason. Now obviously I am not going to pretend to be an expert in the case of rules and regulations of League, so if I could get a human explanation as to why this is the case, I would appreciate it.

Just in-case you cant see the links for some reason, here is the text: Game 1 the urban king: byakuya best character the urban king: dubbed or subbed the urban king: real question the urban king: %%% the urban king: what a clown fiesta the urban king: well then the urban king: %%% the urban king: wtf was that the urban king: lol the urban king: little bitta pings would nice the urban king: need a gank bot the urban king: I honestly thought we were both going to die without doing anything the urban king: ok the urban king: you said farm the urban king: so I farm the urban king: hey with people like you kinda wanto the urban king: ok. the urban king: ok I can start playing a part in tf the urban king: got my 2 core items the urban king: no ult no flash yi the urban king: well no support either the urban king: doesn't help the urban king: should not have followed

EDIT: I also forgot to mention this, as I notice from some of the comments below. F.A.G in the UK is used to describe an undesirable task, feel free to look it up. BRITISH noun noun: %%%; plural noun: %%%s 1. informal a tiring or unwelcome task. "it's too much of a %%% to drive all the way there and back again"

I would never mean to say it in the context of how NA say it.

Hate speech is never "just banter", and is never appropriate for use in a video game.

I mean, someone reported you that game. So someone is telling Riot, "I believe this player displayed poor behavior this game". It doesn't have to be the person you directed the slur towards, it could have been someone else in chat that didn't think it was friendly banter or just found the slurs offensive in the first place.

the urban king: %%% the urban king: what a clown fiesta the urban king: well then the urban king: %%%

That falls under zero-tolerance policy.
