Possible Bot games?

This is what I wrote to support just now:

Dear Support, I want to report 2 unusual 3vs3 games from yesterday and today. As I am an experienced LoL player on the EUW servers, I think I can judge what is a normal game and what isn´t. These 2 games (http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2127150021/214890947 and http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2128361152/214890947) had at least 4 bots inside besides me and possible another human player. How do I know?

  • Players run into turrets without attacking anything
  • Players do not defend any objectives
  • Players stop during chasing or fleeing off

Please, check the accounts of ALL PLAYERS regarding:

  • Unusual login activity, game play times etc (maybe they belong together)
  • Unusual high loss ratios and KDA
  • Using the same IP addresses

I am pretty sure you will find smth. I think they try to level accounts to 30 and then sell them. They do this in 3vs3 normals because not so many humans play this queue I assume. This is really not normal and must be stopped!

I assume they know about this. 3v3 and Dominion (before removed obviously) have been flooded with bots for the past year or so at least. It's pretty easy to tell who is a bot. They lock in at the same time every time, they will just buy boots / potion / or a fairy charm or something, they never speak, they act super weird like you said they will essentially run around the map mindlessly into towers etc, at a certain minute mark they always upgrade boots and a CDR item and repeat until game is over. If you look up the accounts they are going 0/17 almost every game.

I am just not sure what they can do about it, other than maybe IP ban them, but even then I assume they are running these bots accounts off a renter IP or something. Really no way to shut them down, and they can't just start banning them recklessly because you are bound to end up falsely banning some new or legit just really unskilled players. It seems like riot more so tries to target the sites that sell the accounts, I have noticed a few have been removed but others have been around for a long time so who knows really.

Dear Support,

And this is was Support replied, in case someone wants to know (pretty good answer IMHO):

_Hello Summoner,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. The use of scripts and third-party programs is against the Terms of Use, and is an offense worthy of suspension. The integrity of leveling up and playing games is very important to us, so these actions will not be tolerated.

We’ll be looking into this issue, and taking appropriate action once the investigation is done. Don’t hesitate to write back with any more evidence that may help us with this investigation. Let me know if you need anything else!_
