Not receiving any loot

I got a chat restriction a few months ago so I wasn't eligible for loot, I finally grew up and decided to not bother and not be toxic and reform! I have been muting everyone every single game and avoided usage of chat. I have been getting lot's of honors in my games as I have been showing good teamwork, my chat bans ended ages ago, I used to get notifications that I'm not eligible for loot but even that's disappeared now but still no loot, I've played loads of games and gotten S rank but yet no loot and no mastery tokens. Could someone explain me how the process works? Thanks!
