How do I contact Riot about a miserable troll?

Hey there!

Recently I've been playing with a game ruining Jinx going 3/16 intentionally.First she started flaming her support demanding that he leaves the lane.He did so and after that she went totally brain afk and walked into the enemy, not running from them or just completely stopping waiting for the enemy to catch up and kill her.She stated how she isn't going to get banned for this, even if we and the enemy would report her.She also said that she's not going to allow her support to win so she ruins the game.Worst of all she also said that she did this before a couple of times and she didn't get banned.At that point I was like "Now you're fked".So here I am trying to put this little twat out of the community but I can't see and option on the support page to report this guy.After some digging I found out that I have to fill this report under the feedback category but that just said "fk you" and wants me to make a post here for whatever reason.... After that it would be nice to see some Rito member or any other moderator like person who can deal with this guy... Hopefully permanently.

EDIT: After seeing the downvotes the and response I got it seems I wasn't clear. I did send a report in the end screen so if was satisfied with it and was completely certain that she would get banned I'd obviously wouldn't be making this post duh.Let's be real we all know the report system isn't perfect and if you look around you see a bunch of people making posts about this subject since there's usally no feedback if your report was succesful.I've been playing this game for quite some time and I always report the people who deserve the punishment and of all of those cases only once I got little box popping up in the client about my report being succesful.I presonally have friends who got away with stuff like this so at this point I'm don't want to rely only on the report after match especially if the subject was so severly game ruining. In a nutshell I want to take this one step further than a simple report that might or might not (judging from my experiences mostly not) work.This is why I'm here asking you people to help me remove this toxic guy from the community.The only reason I'm here for is a Rioter to take action or a way to directly contact them. Hope this clears the confusion if not I fear there's no hope for you.
