Cant play LOL anymore due to trolls

I have had enough of this game I always want to play to have a good time and enjoy every game if i win or loose. But today I have had enough of this game it took me over a 100 games to get out of bronze and by some miracle it i made it out. in those game i faced a lot of trolls, intentionally feeding, racism towards me. Today I have had enough of this game. We joined the lobby and this guy (Riot ID: camaleon0606) was support and he decided to go Jung out of the blue. our jungle was kind enough to go supp and It looked like everything was good. Through out the whole game this guy camaleon0606 was verbally abusing our bot lane for no apparent reason and I understood what is going to happen in this game. In the whole game it was 4v5 camaleon0606 was making demands that he wants us to report out bot lane or he is going afk he was holding the game hosting for 45mins. This game was the most frustrating 45 min of LOL I just cant be bothered to play anymore or spend money on a game like this. I feel player like this are free to do that they want and nothing will happen this guy has been playing since 2013 and god knows how many games hes ruined. But that is that LOL is just a game for people to troll and enjoy ruining games and getting away with it. I feel that there are no repercussion for these people and LOL is in the hand of trolls and not the players.
