Why Did I Get Banned??

If you were banned by the Instant Feedback System you will receive a Reform Card upon logging into the client which will give you some information on your punishment, and chat logs if it was for chat offenses.

If you do not receive this upon logging in the ban was likely done manually, and you should receive an email with some information which will advise you to submit a Support Ticket if you need to discuss it with player support.
