People in groups are ruining my time in league

I "HATE" trolls in groups reason 1: They can false report, even though that person doesn't deserve the report reason 2: Act as if they rule everything and can say anything "they don't get punished at all because they have more reports"....... reason 3: Apparently riot supports trolls.....

Submit a ticket if you get banned. Riot actually replies quickly and if they review your matches and see they were toxic they will personally ban said person.

False reports don't affect your account.
1 report carries the same weight as 4.

first off there is a auto ban system so.......You are wrong to say that one report can equal 4.......CITATION not needed.....
