Need additional information regarding account suspension for using 3rd party programs.

Since the Support team just keeps replying with the same copy-paste i need to ask the community.

I was banned for using "3rd party programs or scripts" even though i played only at a PC cafe for the past 2 years. I do not even own a personal PC.

The owner of the PC cafe ran a full scan of the main server and found nothing that is tied to league, so its impossible that i'm rightfully suspended with that as a reason. I found a lot of people on the forums that were also banned since the beginning of this month for the same reason of "using 3rd party programs or scripts" and all of them are getting the same exact messages from Riot support without any evidence or information. This seems really suspicious because there's also a thread somewhere about how a lot of high valued account are getting banned with the same reason with Riot refusing to add any info with the copy-paste replies.

I can add their replies but you can find them on a lot of threads anyway since a lot of people are experiencing the same difficulties. The main sentences of all replies are "We are 100% assuring you that this suspension will not be modified, consider this case closed".

I spent around 200-300$ and 6 years on this account and i have never been banned. Never had a chat restriction and was never even in low priority queue. And i Do Not Use Scripts Or any Game Modifying applications and i am ready to provide all the evidence i'm able to acquire from the internet cafe if anybody even cares.

BTW i don't even play ranked for the most part of playing on this account. I just rushed to platinum this season (after about 2000 normals) in about a month with a 80% winrate at peak, could that have anything to do with this?

This seems really suspicious

You find a lot of threads because when they do these bans they are done in waves, hitting possibly tens of thousands of accounts at the same time. They do this and are not allowed to share their information with you because it can compromise their process, as the users of cheats/hacks will avoid using what they got caught for and the developers may use that information to improve their anti-detection.

Even though your PC cafe didn't find anything doesn't mean something wasn't there then or at some point in the past, or your account could've even been accessed by someone else due to a keylogger or some form of poor account security practices on your part. If someone else gains access to your account through your own negligence (as opposed to a compromise on Riot's side) you're responsible for what happens.

If you know or feel your account is being accessed by someone else, you should let Riot know at that time. Also visit the following articles for keeping your account safe and recovering it if compromised;

Many my friends got banned for same reason , they have personal pc but one day decided to go alltogether in PC caffe to play a game , they come home to sleep and woke up to permabanned account...They were sportmanlike and never used any sort of 3rd party programs , yea they sometime wish cancer in /all chat but we are from eune , its in our blood...Jokes aside , I really hope it was a mistake by riot since those friends are only one i played with , so after they are gone i dont think i will play the game aswell..
