Banned for MMR Boosting just want an explanation

I was banned for MMR boosting and i just want to know when i participated in this boosting and why i was banned, that's all. I contact support but they just send me copy and paste answer. Thanks.

I changed my name in beginning of this season so i think that's why i got ban for boosting idk. maybe it was mistake just i want explanation from a riot person.

Edit:" oct 8-18th were all me playing diana i peaked plat 2 100lp then i tilted and kept getting matched vs d3 smurfs

If the copy and paste answer is correct, then that's all you're going to get. They are absolutely not going to give you more details because that would compromise their ability to catch boosted accounts.

From October 8 to October 18th you went up almost 1000 MMR without dropping almost a single game playing at a Master Tier and Challenger level of play, then all of a sudden your MMR and play began being played at a Gold 1 level. Couple this with IP changes and that should be enough to do it

According to the usage of various websites, us other Players will tell you exactly the same as Riot.

1.) Starting on October 8th, and ending on October 18th, your MMR skyrocketed by ~1000 Points, and your account nearly never lost a game. During this time, matches played by you were at Master & Challenger Tier. 2.) After October 18th, further Ranked Games played by you were played at Silver & Gold Tier, your itemization paths changed drastically and your frequently played champions also drastically changed.

This is definitive proof that you paid a website and/or person to boost your account before Season 5 ended so that you could obtain high rewards. The fact that your level of playing from Oct 8th to Oct 18th was Master+, yet afterwards all of your games were Gold- is why you were found guilty of MMR boosting.

i played skarner and cait 2 games and i did bad because i am a one trick pony and they banned diana the skarner game and in the cait game they took jungle and the jungle fcking sucked

if I was accused of boosting I would be going apeshit about someone obviously hacking my account password.

after that win streak i went on a lose streak cause i would never get jungle and times i would get jungle my team sucked and fed before i could even gank at lvl 6
