Why should bugsplatting get you leaverbuster
The game recognizes it is a bugsplat and a mess up on their part so why should you still be getting the punishment if riot messed up

A bugsplat does not mean it is Riot's fault at all. It only means the client was not shut down properly but is not running anymore. It is possible to trigger a bugsplat without anything wrong with the client.
Because Riot's sucks? i had a problem with my internet, dc'ed for 30 seconds and gave me "Leaver buster" 20 min penalty for like 2 games of unstable ping... i wrote riot and say cant even control the leaver buster punishments. Riot sucks and is a bad joke
You get leaverbustered when you leave games regularly.
When a bugsplat happens, you leave the game.
When a bugsplat happens, you should do what you can to fix the underlying issue. That will prevent it from becoming a regular occurrence.
