Account hacked, banned

Good Evening,

I got an email a few days ago saying that my account (madpistol) was banned for hacking. I thought that was rather odd, since the last time I had played the game was January 2016. I decided to log into this website, and lo and behold a series of games had been played on my account between 8/8-8/11/2016, and I had no idea that it my account had even been accessed.

I get that the account is my responsiblity, but seriously, I had no idea that my account had even been accessed. I didn't get an email warning that my account had been logged into from an unknown IP or any other sort of indication that it had been used. Now, it is permanently banned. I need help on this one. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has experienced this.
