Feels Like There Should Be a Report Option For Outside of Games

I feel like all too often an angry teammate will add me after a game ends to continue berating me, and sometimes even attempt to threaten me. It also feels horrible when someone in champ select trolls to the point of forcing a dodge, because they get away scot-free. Idk personally I feel like there should be some way to send a report for players who behave poorly outside of games, because they can be just as toxic or even worse than people who are receiving mutes and bans but they don't face the consequences because they hide behind private messages and champion select.

You can contact support if it gets that bad, but even then why would you add someone who was harassing you in game after the game? Either way i would assume the main reason as to why they dont implement something like this is how much abuse it would give and just too many people will false report. But again contacting support and showing them proof about the matter will get taken care of, they wont outright tell you if someone was ban, but its pretty obvious when it does!
