Permanently Suspended due to unauthorized charge

Hi all of the LOL players, I am PrnsDante, a fellow player who started playing lol since season 2. Here is the situation, I got an unauthorized charge two weeks ago, and I submitted a ticket regarding the situation. But I didn't ask for any refunds or neither did i contact the bank. Then the support of riot said he suspended the account and asked me to follow the procedure to gain access. DO any one of you know how long that process will be? I am really confused since my account is permanently suspended due to this. Can someone help? Thank you!
