Most toxic player I have ever played

I just played with the most toxic player in my four year league career. I just don't know what to do this guy was homophobic rude and intentionally fed calling my team "reta*" and asking everyone to report him. I don't want to get in the details but I did report him and it feels like nothing happened.

I think reporting a player all by my self does nothing so I asked in all chat if everyone would report him because hes being rude in team chat. My team backed me up but the enemy team turned against me and started harassing me saying they will report me and honor him instead. Riot please change this system one person reporting sometimes is not enough, I have teammates that say they won't report because it dosnt do anything anymore.

Maybe we should have a system where a if a player gets reported it will scan their chat in game to see if they were toxic to players. It would search for curse words and slang words.

I understand I can mute players but I simply don't want to do that its just annoying sometimes I hit the wrong button and mute my friends and it also removes them from my friends list. I wish there was a feature where we can disable chat so I can't read anything that anyone types except for my friends. I'm sure its easy to implement into the game. I know there is a way to remove chat altogether but i like to see when a player has been slained or whos on a killing spree otherwise I would have just went in the config file and changed chat scale to -500 or something like that so its supper small it dosnt show up.

I can't imagine how many tickets you guys have to deal with, why not automait it and make life easier? If a person feels like their account has been wrongfully punished they can always contact support about their punishment.

I know this is a long post but I hope you guys take me seriously. Thank you for reading my post I feel like this is a serious problem in our community.

Punishment is calculated per match, not per report. Mass reporting has absolutely no value for getting someone punished faster. Reports just flag that match to be checked, and more reports can't make the system check it any harder. Calling to mass report a player is nothing more than harassment, does no good in the system, and just makes you a target for their trolling or otherwise makes them play worse more often than not.

If your report is not false and you don't make false reports often, then your 1 report is just as good as 9. If this person acts this way frequently (or gets caught being extremely toxic) then he'll get what he deserves.

For your future benefit: (Slain) (Super) (Automate) and in the case of (Automate) i probably would have used implement.

And yea one report counts just as good as 9 so long as you use it right.

Brings up some valid concerns, in some ways there are still many flaws to the system. I understand no system is ever perfect, but I would hope that you guys are continuing to look at and evaluate how to improve upon what we have. Thank you for taking the time to read the post.
