Feeding Teammates

Many people have off games, that is obvious. However when someone tries to feed and plays way below their rank. Recently I played a normal game with a Plat 2 Heim that was inting in lane and pinging me constantly(I was the Jungler). He over pushes and blames me for dying, constantly flaming my other teammates as well. When I replyed since he called me many things including homophobic and racial slurs, I get a 14 day suspension for fighting hate with hate. I know this is wrong but many people do it and don't get caught. This is a rant and please do not reply.
