2 week ban?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but, What would cause a solid two week ban with zero warning? https://gyazo.com/20da64c0f95d08c512d5dbc48928aae5 https://gyazo.com/b2536f949e4cba8eeb05d924076eeb9e

I mean, can I be "Toxic" at times? Sure, when I have someone feeding and after I throw out my (and ALWAYS calmly) "Please tower fight if you can't match your lanes skill" then all of a sudden himself and some "Good Guy Greg" tell me to fuck off and mind my own business. Then yes I find myself getting hostile towards certain teammates. Yet shouldn't that form of "Toxic" behavior be taken into consideration of the base game & chat logs rather than "Here's a two week ban with no warning, Enjoy."?

I didn't receive any E-mail about my ban nor did my client show any chat logs so I truly have no idea what this ban is for so any enlightenment would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Again, sorry if this is in the wrong section.

If you were punished by the Instant Feedback System for chat offenses then you would receive an in-client reform card. If you didn't get one (you can try logging in again) then it was probably a manual ban. If you did not receive an email, make sure your correct email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings, and make sure the emails aren't going to your spam folder. If you still don't get one, you will want to submit a Support Ticket.

It doesn't appear to be an automatic ban due to behavior. If it were, the text in the notice would be different and you'd have chat logs available to review.

As the notice indicates, check your email (spam folder too) to see if you got any information about the ban. You should have. If you didn't, submit a ticket to support and they can give you the details surrounding your ban.

this is what happens with Dynamic queue, a bunch of friends team up against you and as soon as you say anything ban worthy back at them they can all report you and you my friend get screwed.

Going straight to a ban means you were extremely toxic or used homophobic and/or racial slurs. What other people do doesn't matter. Your actions are the only ones considered when reviewed.

Thank you everyone for your comments, I'm unsure if I correctly filled a ticket but one was sent. @Deep , everything is verified and proper I just still did not receive an email. Thank you for the input.
